Who are we

Libra Care is a registered NDIS provider organisation, found on the principles of providing best possible care, enhancing abilities, unbounded care and support to individuals with a disability. A disability can arise as a result of Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Physical Disability, Dementia, Aged, Eating disorders or other forms of impairment. We believe, responding to the impact of trauma is a basis to resolving trauma or the disorders which are a result of past trauma.

We offer trauma informed care, individualized, holistic and compassionate care. Our care is aimed at early intervention, continuous promotion of recovery and offering support that safeguards vulnerable adults to be safely cared for in the community or in their own homes.
We believe that care is about much more than support. That is why we handpick staff who are experienced in providing individualised and unbonded care. Our staff are well experienced and trained with a deeper understanding of trauma informed care. We believe in a shared goal of build hope, trust, independence and continuous recovery.

Great Case management support- Antonio Campbell

I am grateful of the Case management support by the Libra Care mental health nurses, they really showed wealthy of community psychiatric experience. Our son now has a NDIS case manager provided by Libra Team, is now linked with a psychologist under a mental health care plan, has regular medication reviews by the GP. Libra Care team liaise regularly with the Area Mental Health services, we couldn’t have managed at all without the support and care of the team at Libra Care. We highly recommend, their service and understanding of mental health needs.
