Weekends and public holidays are separate NDIS items. For supports on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, add the matching Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday item as well as your weekday line. Public holiday hours work best as Once (total for the plan), and Saturday and Sunday supports usually work as Every week. Tip: tap Add weekend and public holiday lines on any weekday support to add them in one go.

Good to know

  • Budgets follow NDIS PACE support categories: Core (categories 1 to 4), Capacity Building (7 to 15), Capital (5 and 6) and Home and Living (PACE category 16, which covers SIL, STA and other Home and Living supports).
  • Frequency turns your per-period quantity into a plan total: weekly × plan weeks, fortnightly × plan weeks ÷ 2, monthly × plan weeks ÷ 4.345, or a one-off total.
  • Provider travel can be added to hourly supports that allow travel claims. Travel is costed at the support's hourly rate for the minutes you choose, per session.
  • Your rate starts at the NDIS price limit for the chosen region. You can lower it if your provider charges less than the limit.
  • Quote supports have no set NDIS price. Enter the price from your provider's quote to include them in totals.
  • $1 unit items (such as consumables and transport) are priced per dollar, so enter the dollar amount as the quantity.
  • Only current support items are listed. Legacy items used for historical claims are left out.
